Huawei started a new app the 3d live maker.
Smartphones are powered by powerful Kirin 980 processors with two dedicated neural processing units and up to 8GB of RAM.
Photographers will also have access to some of the best cameras in the mobile industry. Huawei Mate 20 Pro also offers an attractive opportunity to capture and create 3D objects.
This is possible thanks to a special application called 3D Live Maker.
The company demonstrates publicly how the software works at the premiere of both devices. Huawei has confirmed that at a later stage it will allow owners of Mate 20 Pro to use 3D Live Maker. The Chinese manufacturer has complied with its promise and is already distributing the mobile application that is already available at Huawei App Gallery, XDA-developers reported.
In fact, 3D Live Maker lets you scan real objects and create 3D Avatars by taking a series of photos from different angles.
The algorithms of the software will then generate a 3D model of the object. Huawei engineers will be in touch with users to further enhance the capabilities of the mobile application over time.
